JANNET RAE MCFARLANE Rae was born June 2, 1943 in Dauphin, MB, and passed away March 8, 2018. She is survived by her husband C. Gary McFarlane - married 1963, children, Doug (Linda), grandson Nicholas, Don (Diane), Jannet (Oli), grandchildren, Jack and Signy, Jackie (Greg), sister Sheila Whiting, and brothers, Ken and Ron, four nephews and one niece. She had a good and happy family life with Gary, moving about and travelling. She enjoyed swimming, curling, genealogy, needle work, gardening, cooking, and grandparenting children and dogs. She enjoyed coffee and lunches with friends, Stephanie and Marguerite, Mary, Sharon, Jeanette and more. She liked drinking wine and was paddleboarding in August. Mom battled long and hard against her cancer. It's hard to believe it won. Cheers Mom, you fought a good fight. No service.
