Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELIZABETH (BETTY) SIMPSON It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our much loved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, auntie, sister and friend, Elizabeth (Betty) Simpson. Born in Markinch, SK on September 11, 1923, Mom passed away peacefully on February 28, 2018, in Dauphin. She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her sons, Jamie (Diane) and Robert (Bobbe), nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, brother (Craig), numerous nieces, nephews, their children and grandchildren, as well as her many friends, bridge partners and curlers. Betty was predeceased by her loving husband Alex, sister Doreen and her parents, Hugh and Polly. If you wish, donations can be made in Betty's name to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba. A wee gathering to celebrate Betty's / Mom's life will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. from Sneath-Strilchuk Family Care Centre in Dauphin, MB. We have known Betty for many years as a result of my association with GMAC. I worked with Alex for many years and we celebrated numerous office gatherings at Christmas; and other occasions with them both.
