Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRANDALL MARK BATTERS It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Randall Mark Batters on March 25, 2018, aged 60 years. Mark was born in Portage la Prairie on October 12, 1957 and was predeceased by his parents, Ted and Muriel Batters. Left to mourn his passing are brothers, Ted (Audrey), Gary ( Beverley); sister Donna (Larry); nephews and nieces, Joel, Shayne, Christopher, Tara, Sahara, Jason; and great-niece Kamilla. Mark was a born entertainer and used every occasion, such as family gatherings, to make people laugh by mugging for the camera, joking, or as he would put it "just being silly". Mark was a two-time stroke survivor which left him severely disabled. Despite these challenges, Mark was able to manage on his own; living by himself in his house in Onanole, MB which he shared with his best buddies, his two cats, Puss and Boots. The family would like to thank Mark's neighbours, Wayne Johnstone, Wayne Dowhan and his wife Diane, for their kindness and friendship. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Siloam Mission in memory of Mark.

I got to know Mark at The Stroke Recovery Association of Manitoba (SAM). He always had a smile on his face and was so much fun to work with. We did several fundraisers together and I visited him in Onanole. I saw Mark just last Canada Day in Onanole. I'm so glad that I did. My condolences to the family.
