Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGERALD (GERRY) DANIEL LASH Peacefully on Monday, April 23, 2018, Gerald (Gerry) Lash, aged 81 years, passed away after a lengthy battle with Parkinson's disease. He leaves to mourn his children: Guy (Karen), Daryl (Tanis), Jamie (Gord) and Dean; grandchildren: Joey, Tara, Dustin, Amanda, Taylor, Beau and Brittany; great-grandchildren: Kayley and Mila. He was predeceased by his father Joseph (Lach) and mother Jean (nee Dowbenko). Gerry was a self-employed businessman who operated his own transport and courier companies. He also spent many hours at his hobby of collecting coins and stamps. He was very proud of the fishing lures that he developed and patented. Gerry had many fond memories of games and fishing at the family cabin in Keewatin, Ontario. At his request, a private family service will be held for him. We would like to thank the staff at the Maples Personal Care Home (2nd floor Cherry Wing) for their care and compassion.
