• Dear Dan, Norm, Michelle, Bibiane and all the Baril clan. The absolute best memories of my working career came from working for years every spring and fall with/for Barney on his farm. Even the hottest days shovelling itchy flax pouring in from the auger into an old wooden grainery were Awesome because I was doing it for a great, patient, funny, mentor, trainer, jokester we All loved. Nothing ever felt like 'work' when it was for Barney. I saw his family grow from 1 to 3 amazing kids and enjoyed the many meals in the fields or at their home.
