Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryAUDREY LORRAINE ATAMANCHUK June 10, 1980 - July 26, 2018 It is with profound sadness and broken hearts we announce the sudden passing of Audrey Lorraine Atamanchuk "known to most as Frog" at the age of 38 years. She will be forever remembered and missed by her greatest loves in life which were her children, Shaie and Nicolas. Audrey was a kind, beautiful, generous soul who was loved by her family and friends and will be deeply missed. A private family service was held. "Rest in peace Mom, we love you."
