JAKE (JACOB) DYCK Jake Dyck, husband of Darlene, passed away September 8, 2018. Viewing will be Friday, September 14 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue followed by interment.
