HARRY WRIGHT God called Harry Wright to his heavenly home on Saturday, September 8, 2018. Harry was residing in Donwood Manor and lived to the age of 83. He was predeceased by his parents, Stella and Frank Wright, and brothers, Frank, Freddie and Willmar. Harry leaves to mourn his wife Irma, of 62 years, son David, daughter-in-law Stephanie, and his two grandchildren, Lucas David Harry and Annabel Grace. Harry was born May 7, 1935 in Winnipeg, MB and was overjoyed to marry Irma on September 8, 1956. Harry retired from Winnipeg Transit after 31 years of service. The memorial service to celebrate Harry's life will be held on Friday, September 14, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at McDermot Avenue Baptist Church, 821 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg with viewing prior. Interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery. A special thank you to all the staff at Donwood Manor for their exceptional care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Harry Wright to the Parkinsons Society Manitoba.

  • Uncle is great guy have best memories of Christmas elves w/him and auntie Mira at my grandparents house. He always gave kids Orange chocolate it was so gross lolol but I loved receiving them.
