WILLIAM (BILL) CAMERON Bill passed away peacefully, on September 11, 2018, at the Colonel Belcher Carewest in Calgary, AB. He is survived by three sons, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Sons, Robert, DeBolt, AB; Brian (Margaret) Halifax, NS and Bruce (Marva) Calgary, AB. Grandchildren, Thomas Cameron, Calgary; Erin (Rob) Barker, Airdrie; Chris (Brenna) Cameron, Calgary and Claire Cameron, Calgary. Great-grandchildren, Macayla and Harrison Barker. He is also survived by two sisters, Isabel Lovell, Calgary; Margaret McNeill, Jupiter, FL; and one brother, Walter (Bea) Cameron, Vancouver, BC, and many nieces and nephews. Bill was born October 2, 1925 to Walter and Janet (McDougall) Cameron of Edmonton, AB. Bill married Mary Strachan on July 3, 1948 in Edmonton. They lived in several provinces over the years, settling in Winnipeg, MB where they lived for 44 years. A celebration of Bill's life will be held on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, 7:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Funeral Home, 16204 Fort Rd. NW, Edmonton, AB. Bill was preceded in death by wife, Mary; sister, Agnes Sylvester; and parents, Walter and Janet Cameron.
