Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJAMES WESTON BOLTON Peacefully with all his family by his side, Jim passed away on September 18, 2018 at the age of 72 years. James Weston Bolton was born August 13, 1946 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Jim was a very loving, caring, and generous husband, father, grandfather and friend. His wife, three children and grandchildren meant the world to him. He loved to watch his kids and grandkids grow; cheering them on in sports and life. He was a father who taught his children the values of life and hard work. He leaves behind his high school sweetheart Mary, wife of 50 years; daughter Theresa (Daryl Doubleday); sons, James (Alana) and Daniel (Jenna); grandchildren, Kate, Presley, Hannah, Clark, Weston, and one more grandchild on the way, and step-grandchildren, Gattlin, Alex and Lucas. At a very young age, Jim started working for his dad at a service station. At the age of 27, Jim bought his first service station, and continued in the service field until his retirement in 2010. Jim will be remembered for his love for his family and his great sense of humour. Anyone who knows Jim would appreciate his need for organizing, efficiency, and order, all leading to his favourite hobby of washing his already spotless car whether it needed to be or not. Memorial service will be held on Monday, September 24, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Good Shepherd Catholic Church with Father Gerald Langevin officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Portage District General Hospital Foundation, 524 Fifth St.SE, Portage la Prairie, MB, R1N 3A8. A tree will be planted in memory and cared for by McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel. 204-857-4021 www.mckenziesportagefuneralchapel.com

Our sincere condolences to Mary and family. Mary, Jim and I grew up on Atlantic Avenue in the early sixties and had some great times together. Jim drove a beautiful green and white topped Ford convertible. We cruised Main Street north looking to meet all the pretty girls and those cruises ended when Jim met the love of his life Mary. Jim was a good man, honest and a loyal friend in our youth and we are happy to see and hear of his and Mary's life and family. God Bless the Bolton family. Jim and Barb Campbell - Posted by: R.
