JEAN COOK (nee WAZNY) Suddenly on September 14, 2018, our mother passed away at her home at the age of 90 years. She leaves behind her children Deborah, Perry, Karen (Randy); sister Helen; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by husband Louis; parents; numerous siblings and family. Jean was born May 21, 1928, in Cook's Creek, MB on the family farm and grew up there until she moved to Winnipeg where she later met her husband Louis and raised her family. Her favourite pastime was her garden. Mom was working in her garden right up until her last days. It was her pride and joy. Cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held at this time.
