Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANGELINA PAULO FURTADO MAIA Peacefully on September 21, 2018, Angelina Paulo Furtado Maia, beloved wife, mother, aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away at the age of 95 years, with her family by her side. She is predeceased by her husband Manuel and son José Carlos. Angelina is survived by her daughter Maria; daughter-in-law Alda; grandchildren, Ana, Marcia (Damian), Angela (Darryl), José (Erin) and Ricardo (Adelia); great-grandchildren, Brendan, James, Luke, Sam, Amelia, Grayson and Landon, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews. Angelina was born on July 22, 1923 in Sao Miguel, Açores, Portugal and came to Canada in 1962, with her husband Manuel and her children, José and Maria, to raise their family in Winnipeg. The family would like to thank Seven Oaks Hospital for their gracious help and support. In accordance with her wishes, funeral services have taken place with an interment at Assumption Cemetery.
