Dear Sherby family, I'm sorry to hear of the passing of my Auntie Florence. I have fond memories of our times spent at Hillside Beach and the large family gatherings at the Sherby residence in the city . We spent all our summer weekends out at the cottage and enjoyed each others company. The Sherby cottage was home base for the late night Rummoli games. Aunty Florence always had a smile on her face and displayed her kindness in many ways. There was always food on the table and the drinks (Koolaid for me at that time!) were plentiful. I cherish those times with Auntie Florence and will always remember her as someone who was cheerful, loved life and was very proud of her family. Dear Sherby family, we are heartsick and saddened with the passing of your beloved mother and grandmother. We all hold special memories of time spent at family gatherings, the camping trips in the early days and later at the cottage at Hillside Beach. Auntie Florence touched many lives along the way and will be deeply missed. We have truly lost a precious soul. Wishing you peace and comfort in the difficult days ahead. Rest in peace.
