MARIA ALZIRA DE CARVALHO On October 9, 2018, after a lengthy battle with cancer, Maria passed away at Health Sciences Centre, with Antonio by her side. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Antonio; sons, Rui (Monique), Paulo and Victor (Oliver); grandsons, Anthony (Andrea), Mathew and Diego; great-granddaughters, London and Carmen; as well as her brother Lino Da Silva. Vigil Prayers 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 19, 2018, at Immaculate Conception Parish, Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Immaculate Conception Parish, 181 Austin Street North.
