Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • Our hearts go out to the Weir and Johnson families. Our apologies for not going to funeral to say our last farewell to Roonie. Just found out about her passing last evening. Many memories are locked in our hearts of the "good times" we all shared as a group back in the days.. Roonie was the Belle of the Ball when her and Jack hosted parties at their place...singing, piano playing...so much laughter was shared by all. I have always cherished her friendship. She was a fine lady who everyone looked up to. She will be sadly missed. Lesley & Mati Nomme - Posted by: Lesley & Mati Nomme (Friend) on: Oct 18, 2018

  • Remembering your Mom,s laughter , and the good times when our "Deslauriers" family and yours went camping many++++ years ago. She also gave me a job when I needed to get out of the role of homemaker and stay at home Mom to Gerry and Chris . She was promoting Sara Lee desserts of which I offered samples to Safeway customers. She would say .'now make sure you cut into one shortly before you finish your time" It made for some real treats in our Windsor Park home. My sympathy to all of you, Elsie "Maggie" Barnett - Posted by: elsie barnett (friend) on: Oct 16, 2018
