Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEVANGELINE CHARNEY September 18, 1921 - October 6, 2018 Peacefully, while in her sleep, as we so prayed for, Vang, aged 97 years passed away. She leaves to mourn her loving sister and caregiver, Adele Kost, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and great-nieces. Evangeline was born and raised in the Whitemouth/Elma area and later moved to Winnipeg with her mother. The family would like to thank from the bottoms of our hearts Vang's care workers. There were many but a special mention goes to Olga, Susan, Debbie and Rosemarie who so lovingly cared for Vang. She loved you back. Cremation has taken place and funeral arrangements are pending.
