Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVINCENT MALLEN Vincent William Mallen, born in Winnipeg June 27, 1933 to Louise and Dick Mallen, passed away peacefully at St. Boniface Hospital on November 15, 2018. Vince grew up in Norwood and was employed by CN Rail until his retirement. He was predeceased by his parents, brother Richard, and niece Marcia Kendall. He is survived by his sister Lorraine Kendall and nephews, John, Peter and Joe Kendall, sister-in-law Val Mallen, nephew Trent and nieces, Corinne, Leslie and Linda and many great-nieces and nephews. Vincent spent the last few years in the care of the wonderful staff of Action Marguerite St. Boniface with the help and support of his nieces, nephew and nephew-in-law Jim. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Seine River Residence, 1015 St. Annes Road. Rest in peace Vince.

I am deeply sorry for the family's loss. Vince was a wonderful, friendly and jovial man. He was friends with my Mom and stepdad. Vince took their wedding photos June, 1972 and also did my wedding, Sept. 1972. As the years went by, my parents passed away and I would run into Vince now and then. I was sorry to hear of Vincent’s passing as I have many fond memories of our youth in Norwood. I will not be able to attend Vincent’s celebration as we are travelling in the USA.
