JOEL ALBERT JOSEPH PELOQUIN May 26, 1957 - November 18, 2018 It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Joel, aged 61, at the Toronto General Hospital. Joel was predeceased by his father Jean-Louis Peloquin in 2011. He is survived by his mother Norma; his brothers, Jean Pierre (Linda), Andre (Angela), Denis and Raymond (Brenda); his sister Monique Wasowicz (Joseph); and nephews, Graham Smith-Peloquin, Marten Smith-Peloquin and Christopher Wasowicz. As well he is survived by his aunts and uncles, Sister Annette Peloquin, Marie Ouimet, Arlette and George Schamber, Claudette Peloquin, Carol and Larry Wladyka, Alvin Hodge, Larry Hodge and Bernice Stefiuk; and many cousins and friends. Joel's family would like to thank Dr. Donald Miller, Dr. David Peretz, the Transplant Team at Toronto General Hospital, and the doctors, nurses and support staff at both the Toronto General Hospital ICU and the Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre ICU. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 1, 2018, at St. Mary's Parish Polish National Catholic Church, 365 Burrows Ave., Winnipeg, MB, with Rev. Tadeusz Czelen officiating. Cremation has taken place and interment will follow at a later date.
