BRUNO NEETH July 13, 1938 - December 6, 2018 Bruno Enjoyed All Repairs - and now Heaven has gained an angel. It is with heavy hearts we announce that Bruno unexpectedly, yet peacefully, passed away on December 6, 2018. Bruno was born July 13, 1938 in Königsberg, Germany (Kaliningrad) to Arno and Gertrud Neeth. In 1954 the family immigrated to Canada and Winnipeg has been home ever since. Bruno was a "Bruno" of all trades, from building and managing carwashes, maintenance manager at Ramada Inn (Pembina Hwy), to running his own business in the bakery equipment sales and service industry. He left his mark wherever he went and was cherished by many. Bruno was predeceased by his sister Ursel, father, mother, sister Gisela and brother Gerhard. Bruno will be deeply missed by his wife Gudrun, son Bernhard, daughter Angelika, sister Hildegard (Eduard), sister-in-law Marie, many nieces and nephews, and relatives in Germany. Our thanks to Dr. G. Doan and Germaine, the palliative home care staff and St. Boniface Hospital. Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 65 Walnut Street with Pastor Bjoern Meinhardt officiating. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations can be made to St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church Memorial Fund or St. Boniface Hospital Foundation.
