Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • Was reminiscing about our United Church Explorers group where Edna and Mrs. Thompson lead our young group. It lead me to search Edna and found she had passed away. My deepest sympathy to the Fowke family. I remember Edna being so warm and helpful. A very sweet person who I will never forget. I know this is late, but better late than never? - Posted by: Noreen Rewerts Foisy (Friend) on: Mar 11, 2021

  • I can still remember vividly my preschool days in Greenwood, Nova Scotia. Edna was my teacher. I will always remember her kindness. Us Totzke's are lifelong friends of the Fowke family, and for that I will always be grateful. Sending nothing but love to you all. Paul - Posted by: Paul Totzke (Friend) on: Jan 16, 2019

  • Stan & Family; I felt a Deep Sadness when I read the obituaries this Morning; to see the name of your Dear Wife Edna.. It always sends a "Deep empty feeling" to my soul at times like that.... We Remember Edna so well, for her "Down to Earth" ways, and the Love she had for You, Her Husband, & Family...& her friends. We Know you feel a Great pain/ Grief; that only you can feel, after having suffered along with her, ....You are the ones left behind, still with the Pain of Loss, and feelings of Helplessness....but I'm sure a Feeling of Relief in knowing she isn't Suffering any more... We send you our "Deepest", and, "Most Heartfelt Sympathy" Stan, and All your Families With Sincere Caring ...Ron & Janet - Posted by: Janet Jundt (Friends ) on: Jan 12, 2019
