LEO EDOUARD JOSEPH ARSENAULT On January 25, 2019, with family by his side, Leo Arsenault (Archie), at age 89, peacefully passed away. He will be greatly missed by his wife Wilma, of 37 years, his children, Lynne (Ian), Laura (Brett) and Michael (Cindy), grandchildren, Geordie (Carissa), Amanda (Kevin), Megan (Cory), Taylor (Rob), Abby (Dane), Sara, Kailey, Rylee, and great-grandkids, Koen, Maci-Mae, Kinley and Ayla, as well as siblings, Paul, Anita and Jo-Anne (Tom), his many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Archie served in the reserve army until 1952 when he started working at the Tribune. He worked as a Stereotyper for the Tribune for 28 years until it closed in 1980 and he retired. Archie was an avid fan of all sports especially baseball. He was an excellent baseball player and in his youth was invited to a try-out camp for the St. Louis Cardinals. He was a Bomber season-ticket holder for over 50 years and loved the Winnipeg Jets too. He was well known for his sense of humour and he loved joking around with everyone. Archie loved to go camping and travelled extensively. Most of all he loved his kids and grandkids and his dog Trixie. Thanks to the third-floor staff at the Grace Hospital.
