BETTY JOAN PFAU On January 15, 2019, Betty Joan Pfau, also known as Betty Kshywieski, died peacefully at Grace Hospital in Winnipeg. She was 83 years of age, having been born on March 31, 1935, at Simcoe, Ontario. Betty was predeceased by her second husband, Edward Kshywieski, and by her first husband, Ted Pfau. She was also predeceased by two sons, Stephen William Pfau, and John C.L. Pfau; and by her parents, Cecil and Helena Barker. She is survived by her son David Robert Pfau, of Rimbey, Alberta, and her daughter, Carolyn Marion Pfau, of Winnipeg. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Lisa, Ian and Kevin, and six great-grandchildren. For many years, Betty was employed by several firms in Winnipeg as an office manager/bookkeeper. For her last ten years of employment, she enjoyed working with Sterling Glove. In accordance with Betty's wishes, no formal funeral ceremony is planned.
