At Domain, Frank gave fully and happily with his time whether it be our church choir, helping young sports teams, and serving on many community Boards. He brought sincerity and integrity to all of these tasks. I enjoyed curling and singing and blowing a trombone next to him. He accepted the public call on many occasions, and made the community proud in discharging well his responsibilities as the Morris MLA for eight years. Well done Franklin. Rest in peace.
