I grew up next door to the Lanouettes. Bernice was always kind to the neighbourhood kids and almost always had a smile on her face. My family offers our condolences and knows that she will be sadly missed but happily remembered by many. - Posted by: Colin Gilroy (Family Friend) on: Apr 03, 2019

Our thoughts and prayers are with Bernice's family during this difficult time. Bernice was such a strong, friendly person involved with so many volunteer groups and always busy with her family and numerous hobbies. She and Marcel were always present at reunions, family get-togethers and were known by all of us cousins. I remember Boxing Day family dinners as a young child visiting from the country, where we were given crayons and coloring books to keep us busy. We also lived a few streets from them for 5 years and popped in often when we walked by their house. We will definitely remember them fondly. I'm sure her and Marcel's name will come up often. Unfortunately, we cannot attend her funeral but we will be there in spirit. Keep in touch. FROM Deanna and family - Posted by: Deanna (Lanouette) and Gary Marriott (Cousins) on: Mar 15, 2019
