June 8, 1932 - March 10, 2019 It is with heavy hearts that Gordon's family announces his peaceful passing at the Lakeshore General Hospital in Ashern, MB on March 10, 2019. He was predeceased by his parents, Jim and Lizzie; siblings, Alex (Joan), and Betty (Ken); and great-nephew Carl. Left behind with his memories are his siblings, Allan (Wendy) Budge and Faye (Ray) Mason, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A celebration of Gordon's life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 24, 2019, at the Ashern Legion Hall with Shirley Russell officiating. A private interment will be held at a later date. Many thanks to the staff at the Lakeshore General Hospital and the Ashern Personal Care Home for the excellent care Gordon received. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ashern Personal Care Home, c/o Darlene Hargot, P.O. Box 110, Ashern, MB R0C 0E0 or to the Lakeshore Hospital Guild, c/o Julie Bergner, P.O. With sadness, we see that yet another one of our Friends & aquaintances has passed on..
