What can I say. I met Harvey in Swan River in 1981 and was a co-supervisor with him at the RCMP Detachment. We bonded immediately and were close neighbours also. Harvey was very dedicated and his staff loved him because of his down home personality. Harvey will be missed! My condolences to his sons and their families in this time of loss. - Posted by: Kevin Duckett (Friend, Co-Worker) on: Apr 13, 2019
