Judy was born on April 20, 1956 to William and Maryanne Clement. She is survived by her husband Bruce, sons: Cory and Aaron (Jocelyne); grandson Austin Kloos; sister Joyce (Ray) Davidson; mother-in-law Ludvena Halbert; sisters-in-law: Faith Kopisky and Heather-Sue Duncan; niece Carrie (Steve) Foden; and great-nephew Andrew Foden. Judy was predeceased by her parents: William and Maryanne Clement; brothers: Gerry and Brian; nephew Kelly Davidson; father-in-law Thomas Halbert; and brothers-in-law: Ed Kopisky and Ken Duncan.
Judy had recently retired from a 23 year career as a homecare attendant and had planned to do the things she loved; travelling, gardening, and spending time in the sun by the pool. Sadly her time was cut short when she was diagnosed with cancer in February 2019. After a brief stay at Grace Hospital, Judy passed away peacefully at home.
The family would like to thank Dr. Cheng, the nurses and doctors at Grace Hospital and the Palliative Care unit, and the staff from Home Instead Senior Care. A special thank you to Linda Nore for her loving care to Judy during her time at home.
A celebration of Judy's life will be held at a later date.
The Halbert family gratefully decline flowers and ask that donations, in memory of Judy, be made to the Winnipeg Pet Rescue Shelter, 3062 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3K 0K1.

Condolences & Memories (3 entries)
Judy was one of the very best friends I ever had. She was kind honest and loyal. I met Judy in 2000 and worked with her at Husky for 19 years. We were far more than coworkers we became very good friends. We spent many times out for dinner and going to movies. We were also both lovers of Comedy and spent many an evening at rumors. When Judy was diagnosed with cancer a part of my heart was crushed. I loved her and I will miss her dearly. My heart goes out to her loved ones because they are missing a huge piece of their lives. - Posted by: Carol Wold (Friend) on: Apr 23, 2019
