ADELLE MARIE ANNE FONTAINE
She was born July 28, 1946, in Pine Falls, Manitoba and lived her early life in Lac du Bonnet, MB before moving to Winnipeg. Later on, she lived in Calgary, Vancouver, and Victoria.
She is survived by her brothers, Albert (Jeanne) in Campbell River, BC, and Ronald in Winnipeg, MB; and by her sisters, Helen (Art Fredette), and Isabelle in Lac Du Bonnet, MB; her grandson Bryce Metzger and great- grandson Quenton in Victoria; daughter Marisa Van Overdyke of Calgary; sister-in-law Sally (Solange); and cousin Judy, her best friend.
She was predeceased by her son Richard; her parents, Wilfrid and Stella; and her siblings, Jean, Emile, Arthur, Alice, and Lilianne.
Heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the doctors, nurses, caregivers and other staff of the Salvation Army Sunset Lodge in Victoria for their excellent care of Adelle.
By Adelle's request, cremation has already taken place and there will be no service. Her remains will be interred with her son Richard at Ocean View Memorial Park, Burnaby, BC at a later date.
