GARRY MAHYLE

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Garry Mahyle on April 22, 2019, at the age of 71.
Garry leaves his loving wife of 46 years, Terri (nee Zdan); sons, Chris (Carrie), Kevin (Anise); grandchildren, Bret and Carter; sister Donna Thomas (Stu); niece Diane Daniel (Jacques); nephews, Glenn Daniel, Brad Daniel (Angie), Greg Thomas and Mike Thomas. He was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Mary Mahyle; father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Evelyn Zdan; sister-in-law Bernice Daniel; and brother-in-law Stu Thomas.
Garry was a fun loving, easy going, kind, loyal and reserved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He had an infectious smile and always put his family first. Garry resided in Winnipeg and worked his entire career as a Pipefitter at Canadian Pacific Railway. He loved sports and being outdoors. In his spare time, you would find Garry at the cottage or on the golf course where he enjoyed spending quality time with his family and friends. He loved the precious visits with his grandchildren and was thrilled he could pass on his love of golfing and fishing.

We are better people because
we had you in our lives.
You will always hold a special place
in our hearts, and we will cherish all the wonderful memories we created together.
May you rest in peace.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 120 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2, (204) 943-6622.
