BERNICE FRANCIS LEITOLD
(nee MACK)
April 28, 1941 - May 1, 2019
Survived by her loving husband George; two sons, Brent (Gimili, MB) and Darcy (BC); brother Alan (Sharon); niece Tara (Jody, Maks and Jaks); as well as by many loving Leitold family members and her cherished friends. Bernice was predeceased by nephew Chris.
In her younger years, Bernice was a talented athlete and became a Winnipeg Blue Bomberette. Prior to her marriage she held a job at GMAC. After marrying, Bernice decided to be a stay at home mom and was totally devoted to her two boys and husband George. Later she returned to work for the Winnipeg One School Division in the ESL Department until her retirement.
A special thanks to her wonderful and devoted friends, Bea, Bill and Bareth, Helena and Jack (caring for her dog Molly) and also Pat.
A private/family memorial service will be held as requested by Bernice.
Donations can be made to be the Arthritis Society of Winnipeg.

Dear George, Brent, & Darcy, my heartfelt condolences to you all on the loss of Bernice. She was my mother's dearest friend and like a second mother to me. She always treated me with love, kindness, and respect and she will be so missed.
