Ray hired me at Manitoba Hydro 50 years ago.. He was a great friend and mentor. He was always the optimist and worked with a sincere smile. We did a lot of good time golfing and we always had fun. I miss him. - Posted by: Ronald and carol Cartwright (Work mate and friends.) on: May 27, 2019

We met Ray when Gladys and Lorena worked at Canadian Grain Commission. We would get together to talk about their world travels and pickup tips for our future trips. After relocating to BC, we would try to meet up for lunch when visiting Winnipeg. We are so deeply saddened to hear of Ray's passing. He was a wonderful man. You have our deepest sympathy.
