With great sadness, we announce the peaceful passing of Edward Oscar Breyfogle, aged 91, on May 21, 2019.
Ed was born on October 27, 1927 in Chicago, Il but immigrated to Manitoba at the age of two. His young life was spent on his parents' farm, and then after some time living in Morris and Winnipeg, he returned to the farm with his wife Ruth and children, Bruce, Don, Dan and Avis. Dairy cattle became his life. Ed had a good sense of humour and made friends wherever he went. He loved family gatherings, camping with the grandchildren, playing cards and curling. He also loved to travel, especially to Hawaii.
