JAMES MICHAEL CARR
He was predeceased by his father Donald in 1995, his brother Doug in 2009, and his mother Jeanette in 2011. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 30 years, Valerie, their two children, Liam (Britta) and Emilie, his best friend Ferris, sister Susan Babynchuk (Duane), brother Bob (Laura), sisters-in-law, Lilliane Picton and Sylvia Klassen (Larry), brother-in-law Patrick Picton (Yolanda), mother and father-in-law Helene and Elie Picton (Mem and Pep), nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and many, many friends.
A jack of all trades, Jim was always looking to fix or turn things around, and was never far away if anybody needed help. From plumbing to baking, and carpentry to cooking, Jim had a gift for doing things with his hands. An avid sports fan, Scrabble player, a fierce bolla-ball competitor and gentleman bowler; no matter the task, Jim always payed attention to every detail and was proud of the work he did.
True to himself, and sometimes unapologetically so, there was never any BS with Jimbo.
Rest in peace Papichu,
until we meet again.
