ANNE AMELIA HEUCHERT
(nee RUSHMAN)

Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Anne Amelia Heuchert, passed peacefully in her sleep on March 26, 2019, at the age of 95.
She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Sarah; and by her siblings, Allan, Cyril, and Bert Skinner and Merle Trotman. Anne left behind her husband of 66 years, Harold; her sons, Randy (Elizabeth) and Jim (Debbie); her grandchildren, Kelly (Greg Epp), Colleen (Kevin Hammell), Jenna (Stuart Trump) and Alyssa (partner Daniel Morin); and her great-grandchildren, Mackenzie and Owen Epp, Zoey and Easton Hammell, and Wyatt Trump.
Anne Heuchert grew up in the North End area of Winnipeg and attended business college. She worked as an executive assistant for a division manager before leaving to get married and start a family. She was a very caring person and had special relationships with friends and family members alike, especially enjoying time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, singing songs, playing the organ and dancing. She was afflicted with Alzheimer's Disease in the last few years of her life, which was difficult for both her and the family, but she lit up when the little ones came to visit. We miss Anne dearly, but we are thankful that she died peacefully and will not have to suffer through her dementia any longer.
We would like to thank the staff at Kildonan Personal Care Centre for their compassionate care of Anne over the last several years.
At Anne's request, there will be no funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, we suggest making a donation in her name to the charity of your choice.
