LARRY JAMES MORROW
Remaining to cherish Larry's memory are his sister, Marion (Bruce) Haywood of Edmonton, Alberta; brother Donald Morrow, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Annie Morrow in 2007 and James Morrow in 2008.
Larry was born on June 29, 1948 in Belleville, Ontario. His greatest love was flying and he was a long-time member of the Winnipeg Gliding Club. He was a computer printer repair technician for many, many years.
A graveside service will be held for Larry on Friday, June 7, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. in Chapel Lawn Cemetery, 4000 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, with Celebrant Sean Sagert officiating.
The family would like to thank the nurses and doctors of the Grace Hospital Cancer Care Unit for their outstanding attention and compassion for our brother Larry.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Manitoba Division, or the Manitoba Soaring Council, c/o Sports Manitoba, 145 Pacific Avenue, 5th Floor, Winnipeg, MB R3B 2Z6.

So sad to read this. Larry was truly a good man, and a wonderful friend to my mother. He was there to comfort her in her final days. She enjoyed many flights with Larry in his glider, I’m sure she was there to greet him as he made a safe landing in heaven. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
