ROSE MARIE STADTHER
(KUNTZ)

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our mother, Rose Stadther, on the early morning of May 20, 2019.
She was predeceased by her parents, John and Anna and by siblings, John, Eddy, Kay, Helen. She leaves to mourn her passing her brothers, George and Bernie, her children, Michael, Debbie, Dawn (John), Donald, Anna (Danny) and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She will also be missed by her best friend Sylvia.
Mom was born on March 12, 1940 in Winnipeg and was employed at Eaton's and then the Hudson Bay until her retirement. She loved to golf and enjoyed every moment that she could spend with her great-grandchildren. She was a woman of incredible strength who could always be seen with a smile on her face.
Cremation has taken place and a service for Mom will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 250 Burrin Ave., Winnipeg, MB on June 13, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. with a light lunch to follow in the hall downstairs. Burial will be at the Assumption Cemetery after the lunch for all who would like to attend.
Words cannot express the loss that we all feel as she was the glue that held us all together. Until we meet again Mom.

  • It’s still surreal you are gone. I still have your number programmed in my phone. I miss you more than words can say. My grandmother was the worlds best dancer with a smile that could light up a room. She always knew the right thing to say and offered unconditional love and an ear to anyone who needed. She always have to others even though she had little to give. She was my everything. I miss you ❤️ - Posted by: Amanda (Granddaughter ) on: Apr 06, 2023

  • I was always impressed by what a strong person Auntie was. She will be remembered by me as an independant soul who was dealt a bad hand in life and never complained. One of my fondest memories would be of being the ring boy at their wedding. Take care, Joanne and I will miss you, lots.💝 - Posted by: Tom & Joanne Kolba (Nephew) on: Jun 08, 2019
