Joe was born in Winnipeg and grew up in Transcona, MB. He began his career with C.N. Railways at the age of 16, where he worked until his retirement at age 55. Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • A stand up guy to work with, a great sense of humour. He could take it and dish it out. I had the pleasure of running into him at the Richer, MB Bar years after I'd quit the railway. We had a beer reminisced and went our separate ways. Definitely one of the best foreman at CN. Please accept my sincere condolences. - Posted by: Yvon Legal (Joe was my foreman at CN late '70s to early '80s) on: Jun 19, 2019
