It is with sadness and love that we announce the passing of our dear sister and aunt, Carol Bindas, of Ethelbert, MB on June 5, 2019 after a brief battle with cancer.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. from Sneath-Strilchuk Family Care Centre in Dauphin, MB.

It is with sadness and love that we announce the passing of our dear sister and aunt, Carol Bindas, of Ethelbert, MB on June 5, 2019 after a brief battle with cancer.
She will live on in the hearts and memories of her surviving sisters, Ollie (Tony) Krawec, Helen Zacharkiw, Nadia and Valerie, several nieces and nephews as well as extended family.
She was predeceased by her parents, William and Jennie Mikolayenko and siblings, Mary, Anthony, Nettie, Walter and Orest.
Carol was born in Ethelbert and grew up on the family farm. She later lived in Vancouver, Winnipeg and Calgary, and retired to Ethelbert in 2008. She was employed as a bookkeeper during her working life.
She enjoyed volunteering at many community functions - she loved helping her "ladies". She loved gardening, picking wild berries, reading mysteries, completing crossword puzzles, following current news events and travelling. She especially treasured her many long-lasting friendships. Everyone remembers her laughter and keen wit.
Her family wishes to thank everyone for their love and support throughout her illness.
Memorial service will be held on Friday, June 21, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. from Sneath-Strilchuk Family Care Centre in Dauphin, MB with Rev. Steve Wilson officiating.
