Condolences & Memories (6 entries)
Dear Valerie and family, we enjoyed our chats with Joe as he walked by our house on Oxford or took a break to sit by our rock out front. We will miss his friendly hellos and smiling face. So sorry for your loss. Eric and Debbie Schon xo - Posted by: Debbie Schon (Neighbour) on: Jun 13, 2019
Dusan, and I have known Joe for many years, and yes soccer was a big part of this friendship. Joe gave a lot to the game!! We extend our heartfelt condolences to you his family. Memories we cherish as they last forever! Joe will always be a memory to those who knew and respected him, as we did. Respectfully Dusan & Grace - Posted by: Dusan & Grace Drazic (Friends) on: Jun 12, 2019
My condolences to the Albo family. I had the pleasure of sitting on the Winnipeg youth soccer board with Joe and always valued his opinions. A man of great integrity, looking out for what was best for the game of soccer and the people in it. We enjoyed many conversations about the characters in the Winnipeg’s soccer scene that we both had the pleasure of meeting and I look back fondly on those talks. He will be missed. - Posted by: Sam Barlin (Friend) on: Jun 12, 2019

Condolences to the Albo family. I worked with Joe at Simpson Sears many years ago. I always enjoyed his cheerful smile! I will miss running into him and his cheerful smile at Grant Park Mall. - Posted by: John Sandison (Friend) on: Jun 12, 2019
My sincere condolences to the Albo family. I have such fond memories of Joe, connected always (and of course!) with soccer, beginning at River Heights Community Centre where his son and my boys played. He was always so friendly and cheerful, and so knowledgeable about the game. - Posted by: Jeanie Dubberley (Friend) on: Jun 12, 2019
