MURRAY ANDREW TODD
February 26, 1951 - May 26, 2019

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Murray Todd. Murray was an artist who worked in many mediums: lithography, wood working, poetry, sculpture, painting, drawing and witty turns of phrase. Murray passed away just before creating his opus: building a cordwood home on a parcel of land in Anglemont, BC, where he could finally settle down.
He was a deep thinker with a strong sense of justice and a sharp sense of humour. Murray devoured books, and was an ardent lover of music, always sending new records and songs to family and friends. Murray's fondest memory was travelling from Munich to India over the span of a year, during which time he sat on the top of a double-decker bus driving the Khyber Pass through Afghanistan and Pakistan, and swam in the beaches of Goa. His cherished time in India is topped only by the time he spent being a father.
Murray is predeceased by his beloved wife Maureen Todd (nee Irish), his father James Patrick Todd, and sister-in-law Patricia Todd (nee Green). Loving son of Chessie Todd, and proud father of Jessica and Andrew. Devoted brother to Robert (Patricia), Debbie Bortoluzzi (Lawrence), Karen Felske (Reid), and Curtis.
