BRENDA GAETZ
April 15, 1955 - June 2, 2019

On the evening of June 2, 2019 Brenda passed peacefully at the St. Boniface Palliative Care Unit after losing her fight with brain cancer at the age of 64.
Left to cherish the memories we shared are her husband Charlie and his family, son Steven, brothers, John and Bruce, sisters, Alice and Jennifer and their families, as well as some very special friends. Brenda was predeceased by her parents, Wesley and Dulcie, and her sister Dorothy, "whose family is left to cherish the memories of their aunt."
Brenda was passionate about Genealogy and after many years of research and much travel produced family history books for both her father and mother's family lines. She loved reading, doing puzzles, going camping, RVing, hiking, bike riding, winters at Alamo Palms and travelling.
Thank you to the CancerCare team and other medical staff who provided care during her illness and everyone in the Palliative Care Unit at St. Boniface Hospital who kept her comfortable in the last stage of her life.
A celebration of her life with family will be held at a later date in Fort Frances, Ontario.

Let's sit on a rooftop at 2:00 a.m.
and talk about life.
