GERHARD EISENHUTH
September 29, 1927 - June 18, 2019
He is survived by his wife Erna of 72 years; sister Christa; daughters, Ingrid (Corry), Edie (Dan), Christa (Ken), Helga (Larry). Also four grandkids and six great-grandkids.
Gerry came to Canada in 1949 and settled in West Kildonan. He started Superior Overhead Doors in 1965, making and servicing residential and commercial doors. He enjoyed woodworking, nature, music and visits from friends. Dad was fortunate to have many wonderful friends and neighbours.

One of the greatest guys I knew in my life. He was the best neighbor and an amazing craftsman. He definitely was an influence in the life of my brothers and I the years after our father's passing. Welder, Carpenter and all around handyman was our neighbor and the builder of our childhood home back in the late '50s .They also threw some good parties back in the '60s.
