CARLISLE ADOLPHUS IFILL
Personal Care Home, Carlisle Adolphus Ifill passed away at the age of 83 years.
Carlisle was born January 18, 1936 and grew up in Barbados with his sister. He spent a brief period of time in New York before coming to Canada in the 60s.
Carlisle is survived by his son Michael, daughter-in-law Jennifer, and granddaughter Sienna as well as many other family members and friends.
He was predeceased by his wife of 50 years Lela in 2018.
Carlisle worked for over 20 years at
Canada Customs and Revenue Agency and was a member of the Afro-Caribbean
Association of Manitoba. He was a member of
Calvary Temple and was heavily involved in the choir, Christian Service Brigade, and Billy Graham ministries.
In lieu of flowers or other gifts, a donation can be made to Calvary Temple in care of the Christian Service Brigade.
Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. Friday July 19, 2019 at Calvary Temple in the Buntain
Chapel, 400 Hargrave Street, Winnipeg,
Manitoba. Interment Glen Eden Memorial Gardens.
