Colin started Sea Cadets at a young age until 18. At 19, Colin joined the Canadian Armed Forces which was the start of serving Canada for 28 years. • Colin was a very caring person and as a co-worker he always looked out for the well-being of others. No matter how busy he was he always took a moment to check in with people and make sure they were doing ok. He was always there to chat if you needed it and to give advice and wisdom to everyone. He touched a lot of lives. So many of my other co workers shared similar stories.
