1981 - 2019
Sarah leaves behind to cherish her memory her father Dave Wilkins, mother Dale Loucks, stepfather Craig Loucks and brother Shane Wilkins, as well as aunts, uncles, cousins here and in England, and friends around the globe.
She worked as a Program Leader at the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Victoria.
Sarah was a sweet, loving, kind and generous woman with a heart of gold.
A memorial service in Winnipeg will be announced shortly.

I felt a strong bond to Sara due to her magnetic personality, beauty and charm, and spent many hours getting to know her along with friends of work and my gf at the time. I have nothing but happy memories of her and our time together even as our friends circle broke apart and went our separate ways, she was a supportive and passionate and genuine friend, I am sorry to have missed out on the later chapters of her life. My memories of Sarah go straight to her sparkle... her happiness...her smiles. Her huge heart. The time I spent with her was so short but I was so touched by her; she just knew how to connect so naturally. The world is so much less without you in it, Sarah. Wherever you are in the universe now, I believe you are free and in the light of goodness and love. I will plant a tree for you and I will send a gift to the SPCA.
