MORRIS PALESHNUIK
He was born on May 29, 1930 and had a happy, full life of 89 years. He enjoyed his short time living at Sturgeon Creek 2 Retirement Residence. A sincere thank you to all of the caring staff.
Moe was predeceased by his father Joseph, mother Emilia, brothers, John (Red) and Rudy, sisters, Rose, Maria, Jenny, and sister-in-law Gail. Also, his faithful canine Newfie companions, Missy and Skipper.
He is survived by his dear wife Barbara, sons, John (Leah) and George (Stacey), grandchildren, Cole and Ashley, brothers, Eddy (Marion) and William, and many nieces and nephews.
Moe was an accomplished CPA, CGA and finished his accounting career as chief accountant at Manitoba Health. Upon retirement, Moe and Barb had many happy times travelling together. He was so proud to have visited the Ukraine, the birthplace of his father. He loved talking to people; telling stories about his dogs, Missy and Skipper always brought a smile to his face.
Moe's greatest joy was his family. He was so proud of his sons, John and George, and foremost his marriage of 65 years to beloved wife Barb.
The service will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street, Winnipeg.
The family respectfully declines flowers.

Moe was a smart man, and very much a family man. He had a sharp mind, and was a great accountant as well. He loved making wine with my father, and spending time with him. He was always great to talk to, and always put his family before anything else. He had a good life, and will be missed by many. Rest in peace Uncle Moe. - Posted by: Grant Paleshnuik (Nephew) on: Aug 01, 2019
