January 7, 1932 - July 25, 2019

Helen passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 25 at home.
She is predeceased by her husband Paul Adamik, mother Susan Klippenstein and son Darrell Adamik.
Helen will be lovingly remembered by daughters, Cheryl Robertson of Calgary, Valerie Adamik and sons, Brian (Helen) Adamik, Patrick (Brenda) Adamik of Kelowna and daughter-in-law Brenda Adamik of Elma, MB, grandchildren, Jeff Robertson (Falyne Chave), Christy Robertson (Joel Hallamore), Nathan (Christina) Adamik, Selina Adamik, Tara Adamik and Steven Adamik (Sarah Moores) and great-grandchildren, Lizzy, Layla, Maximilian, Oscar, Benjamin, Peyton and Anthony, sisters, Nora Hildebrand and Dolores (Ron) Dyck, extended family members and dear friends, Lynn, Myra and Dianna. She will be lovingly missed by all.
Helen enjoyed knitting, scrapbooking, travelling, golf, bowling, watching the Blue Bomber and Winnipeg Jets and volunteering at the Grace Hospital which she did for 10 years.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 after which guests are welcome to join us for a reception.
Memorial contributions are welcome to the Manitoba Lung Association and the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
