It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marty on August 2, 2019, surrounded by his loving family.
He leaves to mourn, his beloved wife Tracey (nee Kiesman); sons, Christopher (Phai), Kyle and Hayden; his daughters, Trinity and Loren; his sister Theresa (Bill) Rea, along with numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Marty was a wonderful husband, father, brother, son, uncle and friend. He was devoted, courageous, generous and hard working. There was nothing he wouldn't do to help someone he loved. He was a jack of all trades, always ready to take on a new project. His passions included travelling, gallivanting, fixing things, sports, Gibsons and Bud Light. Some of Marty's happiest times were shopping with his wife or surrounded by family and friends, drink in hand, shooting the breeze with those he loved. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A celebration of Marty's life will be held in his honour at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at the Moosehorn Community Hall, Moosehorn, MB with Shirley Russell officiating. Service will conclude at the hall with a luncheon to follow.
The family would like to thank all the medical professionals involved in Marty's care during his illness.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Marty's honour to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

We were sad to hear about the passing of Marty. Just letting you know we will be thinking of you during this difficult time. Sending you a warm hug and love. Wish we were closer to be able to attend the service for Marty but please know you will be in our thoughts One of the memories I have of Marty is when he decided to come off the highway and drive in the ditch just to prove to us he could!
