Condolences & Memories (3 entries)
Condolences to the Prouty Family. Your Mom and I were friends for a long time. I have fond memories of our association and activities in the Ladies' Group at Grace Lutheran Church, our coffee get-togethers on Friday nights at Tim Hortons, our outings to hear the Winnipeg Symphony, and the many phone conversations. We kept in touch after my move to Kelowna. Del holds a special place in my heart....I miss you. Erika Sobkowich, Friend, Kelowna - Posted by: Erika Sobkowich (Friend) on: Aug 29, 2019
Phyllis & Ivan; Brian & Pat, Donna, Arvid & Kenn (and Rita) We just learned of your Mom's passing and wish to offer our condolences! I remember seeing your Mom at the last Prouty reunion quite a few years ago now. But it was nice to see her, and all the family. Always remember the good times, as I do too as my Mom, (Mabel Brown) passed away Aug. 22, 2009. Gone but never forgotten! Mom. How I will miss having coffee with you. Listening to the stories you shared about your children. Memories and stories you shared with me about Charlie. He had to wait many years to be with you again. Our talks on knitting. The mittens you knitted for the needy, not to mention all the premie hats you knitted. I will you and miss you forever. - Posted by: Rita Caya (Daughter-in-law ) on: Aug 16, 2019
