YVETTE MARIE COUTURE
Date of Passing: Aug 07, 2019Offer Condolences or Memory
YVETTE MARIE COUTURE
She is survived by her son Jeffery; two grandchildren, Zoë and Zen; siblings, Paul (Marilyn), Daniel, Jeannette (Larry), Raymond (Pat Shallow); nieces and nephews and their families; and close friend Deb. She was predeceased by her parents, Orien and Marie; her brother Louis; and her sister-in-law Diane (nee Kuxhousen).
Yvette retired from the Canada Revenue Agency after 30 years of service in various positions. She has been a member of Scouts Canada for many years, both as a leader (Hawkeye) and a trainer. She was a down-to-earth person who loved to bake for family and friends. She enjoyed card games with her family and puttering around with her plants. She also enjoyed travelling, whether it be car trips, bus tours or attending scouting jamborees. Many will remember her willingness to step up and help when needed, even if it was just to be a listening ear.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Alterna Cremation. A family gathering has been planned to celebrate her life.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
